About the Role
The Company is seeking a new Chair of Pharmacology and Toxicology to lead the Department with a focus on growth and impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a world-class research program and developing additional innovative research initiatives within the Department. This role offers the opportunity to build on the Department's legacy of excellence and innovation, and the new Chair will be expected to have a strong vision for the future, driving the Department forward in terms of both academic and research activities. Applicants for the Chair of Pharmacology and Toxicology position at the company should be prepared to take on a leadership role that involves not only the management of the Department but also the strategic development of its research programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the field, with the ability to inspire and support faculty and students in their academic and research pursuits. A Ph.D. in a relevant discipline is required, and a strong background in pharmacology and toxicology is essential. The role demands a leader who can foster a collaborative and innovative research environment, and who is committed to the advancement of the Department and the training of the next generation of scientists.
