Company DescriptionLeading Healthcare Company looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst Job DescriptionThe Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for participating in value added financial analytics to facilitate top line growth and business efficiency in working at direction of the Regional Finance Director. The successful candidate will be expected to routinely provide financial insights on region’s financial and sales performance to regional leadership. Main duties include supporting growth and efficiency through required analysis related to pricing, new deals and productivity & efficiency initiatives. Position will work closely with centralized accounting and financial planning and analysis.QualificationsAssist in validating Invigorate reporting in coordination with key Operational Leadership Team membersProvide value added analysis related to Regional Commercial and Operations LeadershipProductivity performance by department and functionProductivity and Expense Trending – identification of actions required to improvePSC/IOP cost management, including SWB & Productivity, supplies, logistics & bad debtSupplies & Lab Sub performance, including cost & test menu analysisAd-Hoc reporting using various different SystemsUsing Raw Data to create Analysis that can be used for decision-makingResponsible for understanding critical revenue metrics in the Region, includingVolume performanceLocal/regional health plan contract utilization and price pointsReimbursement analysisTest level profitabilityAccount level profitabilityPricing analysisExtensive involvement with FP&A in capital deployment activity, includingCapital Spend monitoring and budgetingInvestment look back analysisROI and NPV calculations for prioritization of capital projectsInternal Control OversightSOX Testing for financial controls and others as identifiedPhysician Inventory, including Supplies andAsset managementProvides input for forecasts based on acquired business insightsAll other duties as assignedAdditional Information75-85k 5%SummaryFunction: Accounting/AuditingExperience level: Mid-Senior LevelIndustry: Consumer Goods
