We are seeking a polished and experienced High-End Suit Sales Professional who is passionate about fashion, luxury menswear, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate understands high-end fabrics, tailoring, and fit — and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Position Details:

• Base Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour up to $22.00 depending on experience 
• Earning Potential: Opportunity to increase base pay to $25.00 per hour
• Commission: Excellent commission earned on top of base pay
• Schedule:
• • Every Saturday required
  • Sundays off
  • One additional day off during the week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized styling consultations and wardrobe recommendations
• Assist customers with suit fittings, measurements, and alteration coordination
• Deliver exceptional customer service while driving sales
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Maintain a polished and organized showroom appearance
• Accurately write out receipts and calculate totals, including sales tax

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in high-end or luxury retail sales (menswear preferred)
• Strong knowledge of suit fabrics, tailoring, and fit
• Must be comfortable using a calculator
• Ability to accurately calculate totals, including sales tax (receipts are handwritten)
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
