This job is located in Tulsa, OK and the schedule is PRN. The malpractice coverage is 100% employer paid with tail, and there is relocation assistance for qualified candidates. This job location is not currently located in a Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) and/or Medically Underserved Areas/Populations (MUA/P) Shortage Designation Type.

What You Will Do

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join an employed position supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. At Ascension St. John in Tulsa, we're in a unique phase of rebuilding and expanding our ENT program, creating something most physicians don't often get. The call structure is flexible, prioritizing work-life balance through a highly structured call schedule. Our providers typically participate in a manageable rotation of a week of call. The practice setting is mixed (outpatient and inpatient) with key procedures in clinic including Eustachian Tube Dilation, Biopsy, Skin Lesion Removals, Ear Cubes, Scopes and Ultrasounds. Access to robotics, dedicated block time, support staff, audiologists, and an employed position within a nonprofit health system are available. Lead patient care within your assigned area by applying advanced diagnostic and treatment skills to improve individual health outcomes. Advocate for clinical excellence by identifying and implementing strategies that enhance the quality of care and the cost-effectiveness of our services.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
