Tuition Reimbursement Retirement Plan Generous Paid Time Off Health Savings Account Responsibilities Performs psychiatric examinations and evaluations, diagnoses, treatment follow-up consultation and health education Works closely with the BHD and/or BHPs in identifying appropriate treatment plans for at-risk patients, or as needed Intermittently attends morning huddle calls, when indicated and/or when there are high-risk patients that require multidisciplinary treatment planning and collaboration Obtains patient histories, follows up with medication verification efforts, reviews pertinent medical history and develops patient care treatment plans, ensuring completeness and accuracy using the POMR format Provides support in coordinating the activities of patient care and/or support staff Participates in developing specific mental health policies and procedures, when indicated Will be working closely with onsite Competency Restoration Program operated by RBHA Qualifications Current state license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Current CPR certificate Two (2) years of experience in psychiatric and/or correctional healthcare setting Proficient with electronic medical records Ability to pass pre-employment Level 2 clearance to include background check and drug screen Benefits Excellent medical, dental, and vision insurance options Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan Short and long term disability insurance Much more!
