Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking patients using Insulet medical devices.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for healthcare products to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed patient records in accordance with strict medical industry privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve complex product-related inquiries efficiently.
• Demonstrate deep empathy and professionalism when assisting users with sensitive health-related issues.
• Meet and exceed performance indicators tailored to quality of care and technical accuracy .
• Participate in ongoing training regarding the latest advancements in the healthcare technology sector.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English for internal communication and documentation.
• Strong desire to pursue a long-term career within the healthcare industry.
• Excellent empathy, patience, and communication skills suitable for patient support.
• Ability to relocate to Athens for this on-site healthcare position.
