Registered Nurses (RN) - Night Shift 6PM - 6AM - $7500 Sign On Bonus

Overview Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric & Young Adult Long-Term Care Location: Newark, DE Job Type: Full-Time Shifts Available: Nights 6PM - 6AM About Us Exceptional Care for Children provides specialized, compassionate long-term care for children and young adults with complex medical needs. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents. In this role, you will manage complex medical technology, administer medications, and build meaningful, long-term bonds with patients and their families. Responsibilities Clinical Care: Provide head-to-toe assessments, wound care, and respiratory support. Technology Management: Manage ventilators, tracheostomies, G-tubes, and central lines. Medication Administration: Safely give medications and IV therapies per physician orders. Care Planning: Develop and update individualized pediatric care plans. Collaboration: Work with therapists, educators, and physicians on developmental goals. Family Support: Educate and comfort family members regarding patient care. Qualifications License: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Delaware. Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Certification: Current BLS/CPR certification required; PALS preferred. Experience: One year of pediatric, NICU, PICU, or ventilator experience preferred.
