Customer Service Account Manager | Lenexa, KS

Direct Hire| $55-65K

LHH is partnering with a technology & financial institution who is seeking a Customer Service & Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of valued customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, solving problems, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and customer-focused, with the ability to manage multiple accounts while collaborating with internal teams to ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Serve as the primary contact for assigned customer accounts.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.

· Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

· Manage customer orders, account updates, and service-related issues.

· Partner with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.

· Monitor account activity and proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and ERP systems.

· Prepare customer reports, proposals, and account updates as needed.

· Support account retention efforts and identify opportunities for account growth.

· Escalate complex issues when necessary while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· 2+ years of customer service, account management, client services, or related experience.

· Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

· Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

· Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Professional, customer-focused mindset with a consultative approach.

· Experience supporting business-to-business (B2B) customers.

· Familiarity with order processing, account management, or service coordination.

· Previous experience working in manufacturing, distribution, professional services, or a relationship-driven environment.

Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
