Drive Impactful Change in Operations You will play an integral role in our success story by leading critical administrative and DOT compliance processes. DOCX

• Optimize Workflows: Streamline essential office duties, including AP/AR, collections, payroll, billing, and fuel reconciliation. DOCX

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain confidential driver files and meticulously audit driver logs, trip reports, and complex DOT requirements. DOCX

• Support Our Fleet: Interface daily with drivers, maintain accurate route books, proactively assist with coverage, and resolve equipment requests.

• Enhance Success: Serve as a key liaison for internal customer support, ensuring exceptional service and tracking all return goods. DOCX

• Promote Safety: Involve the Safety team proactively to uphold the highest standards of operational integrity and risk mitigation. DOCX

Essential Qualifications for Success

• Proven experience in administrative support, ideally within transportation or logistics (Assumed).

• Proactive ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

• Strict commitment to maintaining confidentiality regarding all sensitive company and driver data.

• Demonstrated organizational skills to expertly manage databases and generate miscellaneous reporting.
