Brand Ambassador

At Main Event, our Brand Ambassadors play an important role because they are the first and last person the Guest sees on every visit! As a Brand Ambassador, you help our Guests tailor their FUN experience by advising and answering questions on various activities and directing them to their activities! You’re also dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation. Responsibilities Welcome and greet all guests while being a FUN ambassador! (First impressions are everything!) Communicate to the team who is a first‑time Guest Answer Guest’s questions on various activities and directions Manage the guest experience by keeping communication clear on wait times for games, food, and other activities Escort guests to various activities, explain safety rules, and assist with table maintenance Thank guests for coming and welcomes them back Perform opening, mid‑day, or closing duties Uphold cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
