LPN Wellness Nurse:

$39-43/hr

Our Chandler House community is looking for a full time LPN Wellness Nurse ! We are looking for clinicians who would like to combine their love for people and strong work ethic with the opportunities to advance their career.

• Must be available to work Monday-Thursday from 12pm - 10pm .
• Must have a current LPN license in the state of Washington.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• The primary responsibility of this role includes but is not limited to: monitoring and assessment of resident physical and cognitive functioning; frequent communication with families and external care support teams; preparation, administration and documentation of medications and treatments; submitting and receiving medications from pharmacy; communication with resident physicians and documentation of physician orders.
• Working with care staff to bring about the highest quality of care for residents

Must have patience and understanding, and a desire to work with residents who have a Dementia or Alzheimer's diagnosis. Dependability is critical in this role as well. If this describes you, please either send in your resume, or come into the community to apply.
