You'll juggle inventory, lead an awesome team, and ensure quality and compliance are top-notch. Key Responsibilities Operational and Inventory Management: Keep track of all the goodies and make sure they're where they need to be, when they need to be there! Team Supervision and Leadership: Be the captain of your ship, guiding and inspiring your team to greatness! Quality Control and Compliance: Make sure everything meets the highest standards and follows the rules. Collaboration and Communication: Work with other teams and keep everyone informed and happy. Service Expansion: Help us grow and reach even more people with our amazing services! Qualifications Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in operations management, supply chain, or a related field. Required Experience: Minimum two years’ experience in a managerial role within a manufacturing or distribution environment. Experience supervising large teams of 20 or more employees. Preferred Experience: Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements for efficiency and cost reduction. Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards. Required Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and operational planning. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
