ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2016 and is a strong team of six focused on growth, teamwork, and delivering great service. I got my start in the industry right out of college as a State Farm team member, inspired by my best friend's dad who was an agent. That early experience helped shape my approach to building a supportive and successful office.

I'm a proud parent of three kids and a big sports fan, especially baseball. We stay very involved in the community, serving as a leading sponsor for local school athletics and supporting a high school coaching show at a local restaurant.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: Joseph Chambers - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
