The Job Center Staffing is hiring a 1st Coater in the Cincinnati area. This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing company.
$16 per hour
1st Shift: 6am-3:30pm Monday-Friday
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO

Responsibilities
- Apply coatings or surface treatments to metal parts to meet quality and finish standards.
- Monitor and control plating processes to ensure consistent results.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Follow safety procedures when handling chemicals and wear proper PPE, while maintaining basic records.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and quality inspection
- Ability to follow chemical handling procedures
- Ability to monitor process controls
- Basic record keeping and documentation
