Job Description: As a Team Leader, you will serve as the leader of your shift and work closely with your store manager to help them execute the Vinaigrette Salad Kitchen vision on a daily basis Who do you report to?: You will primarily report to your store manager. Position Overview: It is your job to assist the manager in leading staff members to maintain a clean, friendly, productive environment that maximizes the customer experience and supports employees. Essential Job Functions: Fulfill all staff level requirements Communicate with store manager Communicate with VSK team at your location Customer engagement Help the manager resolve schedule conflicts Knowledgeable about the nutritional information of each salad Assist the store manager in the training of new hires Assist the store manager in food ordering and preparation Knowledgeable about catering.
