Client Overview:

Our client is an established title company serving residential real estate clients throughout South Florida. The company provides a collaborative, client-focused environment and is seeking an experienced Title Closer to join their growing team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$65k - $80k+

Position Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced residential Title Closer to manage and facilitate residential real estate closings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, knowledgeable about the closing process, and highly client-focused, with the ability to provide a positive and professional experience for buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties throughout the transaction.

Responsibilities of the Title Closer:

• Coordinate and facilitate residential real estate closings.
• Prepare and review closing documents, settlement statements, closing disclosures, and related documentation.
• Communicate with buyers, sellers, lenders, Real Estate Agents, Attorneys, and other parties throughout the closing process.
• Review closing files and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Address and resolve questions or issues that arise leading up to and during closing.
• Work closely with the company's Title Processor and Post-Closer to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
• Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the closing process.

Required Experience/Skills for the Title Closer:

• 5+ years of residential title and real estate closing experience.
• Strong knowledge of the residential real estate closing process.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and client service skills with a professional, personable communication style.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience/Skills for the Title Closer:

• Experience with Qualia or similar title and closing software.
• Established relationships or a following within the local real estate, lending, or legal community.
• Experience handling a high volume of residential closings.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Additional education or relevant title/real estate certifications are a plus.
