Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the LTC setting, including medication administration and routine treatments under supervision.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess health changes, document promptly, and escalate concerns to the supervising RN.
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and comfort measures to support safety and quality of life.
• Perform wound care, basic procedures, catheter care, and infection control practices per orders and policy.
• Collaborate with licensed nurses, therapists, and other team members to coordinate care and ensure smooth shift handoffs.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation in the electronic medical record and protect resident confidentiality.

Requirements

• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Availability for the 18:00–06:30 night shift (3x12 hours).
• Willingness to commit to a 3-week travel assignment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based LTC environment with strong communication.
• Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and adherence to infection control and safety policies.
