Job Description
Exciting Emergency Room Nurse Opportunity!


- Shift: 1:00 PM - 1:30 AM
- Schedule: 36 hours scheduled, 24 hours guaranteed
- Dress Code: Navy scrubs
- Floating: May be required to float to a sister site, dependent on census and staffing
- Eligibility: Arizona residents are not eligible for assignments in any Arizona facility

Job Highlights:
- Rotating weekends and holidays
- All candidates must be flexible regarding locations, shifts, and departments to expedite the offer process
- Must be ready to start on the listed start date or within one week

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 24 months of Emergency Room experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months
- Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
- No hits on state license to practice
- Driver's license required to verify residency

Documentation Required:
- Complete Banner Cover Page
- Resume detailing all facilities, departments worked, trauma level designation, and number of beds
- ER skills checklist completed in the last 12 months
- Active license to practice verified in the last 30 days
- Active ACLS certification from an approved vendor
- Active BLS certification from an approved vendor
- Active PALS certification from an approved vendor
- Active TNCC certification from an approved vendor
- Driver's license
