ABA Therapist/RBT (Mon-Fri: 10-4) 4 y/o GIRL

Overview A sweet 4‑year‑old girl with autism needs 1:1 ABA therapy in her home in Mesa, AZ. Hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The role is flexible part‑time and accommodates other job or school schedules. What You’ll Do Work one‑on‑one with children in their homes to help them learn and grow using play‑based ABA techniques. Follow step‑by‑step treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA. Track progress during each session using an easy data system on a phone or tablet. Collaborate with your BCBA and fellow techs to keep things consistent and effective. Give feedback to families on how the session went and celebrate small wins together. Requirements Experience working with children (SPED paraprofessional, 1:1 aide, classroom aide, after‑school programs, caregiving, autism). ABA experience is a plus. Afternoon/evening availability; weekends are a plus. Reliable transportation. Must pass a background check. Benefits Pay: $21–$26 per hour based on experience.
