Tax Consultant
Virtual Vocations Inc
Delivering integrated tax planning and advisory services, the full-time Tax Consultant will prepare and review tax returns, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and collaborate with financial advisors, with the option to work either onsite or remotely. Key responsibilities Prepare and review proforma and finalized tax returns for various client types, including individuals and businesses Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and assist clients with tax-related inquiries and audit support Stay current on tax law changes and contribute to the development of tax planning tools and client education materials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax planning and compliance, preferably in a wealth management or advisory setting Strong knowledge of individual, trust, and small business taxation Proficiency in tax software and financial planning tools Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
