Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technician

License: Current State Nuclear Medicine License required
Certifications: ARRT or NMTCB certification in Nuclear Medicine Technology required
Must-Have: Current BCLS


Description:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist works collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
Responsible for providing quality imaging.
Works in support of the Radiologist, providing assistance in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Responsible for processing and transmission of images to PACS.
A minimum of one year of acute clinical radiology experience is required.
At least one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist is necessary.
Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment is required.
Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology is essential.
Graduate of a program accredited by JRCNMT or CAMRT is mandatory.
Proficient computer skills are required.
