Renew Medic by HDF is a locally owned cabinet restoration company based in Maryland Heights, Missouri, serving the greater St. Louis area and nearby Illinois communities. We help homeowners recover from water and fire damage by carefully removing, repairing, rebuilding, and reinstalling cabinetry. Our repair-first approach preserves quality cabinets, reduces unnecessary replacement costs, and helps families get their homes back together.

Role Summary

The Sales Manager owns revenue generation from initial lead creation through final job conversion. This role spans the full sales process, including business development, customer engagement, on-site inspections, estimating, and closing. The Sales Manager is responsible for creating opportunities in the market, converting those opportunities into signed jobs, and maintaining a consistently expanding pipeline that drives revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person business development activities to generate new leads 
• Build and maintain referral relationships with key partners 
• Perform site inspections and customer consultations 
• Write, present, and send estimates to customers 
• Follow up on estimates and close sales 
• Maintain CRM and track all sales activity 
• Secure work authorization signatures 
• Collaborate with Field and Production Team members
• Conduct final job walkthroughs with customers when necessary
• Manage marketing collateral inventory 
• Ensure profitable, accurate, and timely estimates 

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, estimating, or business development (home services or construction preferred) 
• Proven ability to generate self-sourced leads through outbound and relationship-driven activities 
• Proven ability to convert leads into signed, revenue-generating jobs 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills 
• Ability to manage a full sales cycle independently from prospecting through close 
• Experience using CRM systems and estimating software 
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a pipeline of opportunities
