Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance Christenson Agency, 100 Brown Ave, Chesterton, IN 46304 Role Description/Responsibilities: Takes incoming phone calls and answers customer questions. Handles any walk-in customers. Makes Policy changes. Assists with claims paperwork that is requested by the claim's representatives. Provides proof of insurance documents that is requested by clients. any additional duties assigned by management. Requirements for Success: High school diploma or GED equivalent. 1 year of customer service experience. Property & Casualty insurance license required or must be able to obtain this license. Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Strong time management and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
