Company Information:

Work with our amazing client, a family centralized assisted living facility in the greater Genesee County area. Our clients’ services include counseling, medical care, occupational therapy and case management, as well as compassionate residential care in a family setting.

• $10,000 sign-on/retention bonus *** 5k following 90 days of employment & 5k following 6 mos of employment

Your Role with the Company:

As the BCBA you will be expected to evaluate individuals using a battery of industry assessments in behavioral, emotional, cognitive, social and psychological areas to diagnose or determine the extent of specific disorders. You will be requested to develop treatment plans for individuals with mental health goals using therapies such as counseling, hypnosis, behavior modification, psychotherapy and other strategies. This will involve Interacting with patients using an individual or group counseling therapeutic approach to help develop coping strategies for various disorders or stressors.

This wonderful location is based in the Flint Township area and is located close to major freeways, restaurants, and shopping options.

Experience Profile:

Required:

BCBA certification or a graduate degree in Psychology.

Possession of a valid state license in psychology

Excellent analytical skills and communication ability

Preferred:

Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting
