Outside Sales Representative

Deliver individual and company sales goals through professional sales techniques and exceptional customer service Maintain quality relationships with existing accounts Target and acquire new customers Provide sales and marketing coverage in the dedicated sales territory Collaborate internally to develop and maintain trusted relationships with mid- and senior-level managers and other key personnel Develop maximum sales potential in the assigned territory using competitive sales techniques and knowledge of company products, services, and competitors Increase account base and sales volume consistently Reevaluate work to increase market share Assess offerings and communicate strategies to management to increase market share Develop expertise in local projects, market conditions, products, services, and new technologies Deliver prompt follow-up and correspondence to internal and external stakeholders Use Liftware CRM to maintain organized activity documentation Complete and submit daily sales reports on account activity, outstanding proposals, proposals secured, and proposals lost Provide customer information and follow-up as requested Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum of 3 years B2B or non-retail sales experience required Industrial equipment and/or general rigging knowledge strongly preferred Industrial Construction and Maintenance knowledge strongly preferred Outside Sales experience in equipment rentals a plus Valid Driver’s License with good driving record required Must meet insurance underwriting requirements Must be able to visit existing and prospective customers in the assigned territory daily Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must pass criminal background and driving history checks Must pass verification of employment history Must pass a hair follicle drug test Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in B2B sales, customer relationship management, and market analysis to drive sales growth and increase market share.
