CPT was devoted exclusively to the delivery of home care services until 1996, when we expanded to include outpatient services and skilled nursing facility staffing and management services. What You Need

Master's in Communication Disorders

Illinois SLP license

SNF experience preferred

Familiarity with Net Health a plus
