Job Description

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Recruit, network and source for a diverse pool of candidates.

• Screen resumes, assess and interview candidates and provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers to ensure that top talent is secured for all positions

• Provide proactive and timely communications to Hiring managers and candidates to ensure full cycle pre-employment and on-boarding processes are met.

• Help develop and implement successful recruitment strategies on a local level to recruit both internal and external candidates and develop a candidate pool base

Qualifications

Ideal Candidate must be:

• Outgoing personality

• Bilingual English and Spanish 

• Have excellent communication and customer service skills

• Must have excellent writing skills

• Able to work well with others

• Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to retain confidential information.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
