HVAC Lead Installer

Comfort Solutions is hiring HVAC Installation Leads to oversee residential and light commercial installation projects. This is a leadership role for a technician with extensive experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. You will: Lead installation of all types of residential HVAC systems including but not limited to ductwork, furnaces, condensers, and thermostats. Supervise and mentor apprentices and install team members. Coordinate jobsite logistics, timelines, and material needs. Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction upon job completion. Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites. Ensure all work meets code and company quality standards. Requirements Qualifications: 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred EPA Certification required RMGA Certification required Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to pass background check and drug test Why you should work with us: One Team.
