• Licenses/Certifications: U.S. medical license, Board Certification preferred
• Experience: Prior Urology experience preferred

What You'll Do

• Provide urological care for outpatient and inpatient cases, including clinic assessments and procedures
• Manage scheduled OR cases, including cystoscopies, biopsies, and other urological procedures
• Respond to 24-hour call coverage (0700-0700), serving as the sole urology provider with APP backup support
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Document all patient encounters accurately and thoroughly
• Stay current on latest practices, technologies, and clinical guidelines in urology

What You Need

• Valid medical license in Washington State
• Board-certified or eligible in Urology
• Ability to commit to 10-12 days per month of coverage
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication skills
• Availability for on-call responsibilities and weekend coverage
