Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines. How You'll Make an Impact Organize and allocate resources to meet production targets efficiently. Ensure production schedules align with demand plans and inventory goals. Drive execution of volume, quality, and on‑time delivery objectives. Identify and implement improvements to boost performance and efficiency. Manage critical product or equipment issues with cross‑functional teams. Recommend technical upgrades for equipment and facilities. Guide, motivate, and develop team members to achieve excellence. Your Background Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field. 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to ERP systems (SAP preferred). Experience with workforce management tools (e.g., Kronos). Must have U.S. work authorization.
