Currently, they are looking for several Investment Banking Associates with experience with Deal execution in Financial Institutions. Any sub sector experience is highly preferred including but not limited to; Asset Management, Insurance, Specialty Finance, Payments, FinTech, InsurTech, Banks and Depositories.What are people saying about this company?

- As an Associate, you will be a key member in client relationships, while working to be an advisor from a Buy Side/Sell Side of M&A transactions.
- Conduct industry research and be a true market specialist in the FIG vertical
- Interact and build client relationships with Bankers, Private Equity clients and Venture Capital clients
- Gather, research and proactively analyze the market to support Business Development activities
- Conduct due diligence for the transactions
- Lead, support and organize meeting with clientsRequirements:
- Any sector of Financial Institutions Investment Banking experience, overall 3 years of Investment Banking
- Bachelor’s Degree (from a Finance discipline is preferred along with a MBA)
- Hungry, drive and ambition to be a high performing Investment Banker
- Series 63 and 79 certified
