Associate Director

Leading the development and execution of COA strategies, the full-time Associate Director, Patient-Centered Outcomes will collaborate with cross-functional teams in both the US and international regions, ensuring quality and compliance in COA projects while managing vendor relationships and project budgets remotely. Key responsibilities Support and lead COA strategy development and execution across Oncology and Neuroscience Therapeutic Areas Manage relationships with vendors and key opinion leaders to ensure timely completion of COA projects Track and manage PCO project proposals, budgets, and status updates while coordinating internal approvals Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree is essential; a Master's or PhD is preferred Minimum of three years' experience in PCOs/COAs environments, preferably in a pharmaceutical company or consultancy Experience in Oncology is essential; experience in Neuroscience is desired Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
