What You'll Be Doing:

Develop and manage a commercial loan portfolio
Build lasting relationships with business owners and community leaders
Originate, underwrite, and structure commercial lending opportunities
Partner with credit administration to ensure sound credit decisions
Cross-sell banking products to deepen client relationships
Guide loans from origination through closing
Generate new business through networking and referrals

What You'll Need to be Considered:

5+ years of proven success in commercial lending within a community or regional bank
Ability to independently underwrite and structure commercial loans
Strong commercial business development and relationship management skills
Established local referral network and community presence

Comfort working in a highly autonomous lending environment

What Could Set You Apart:

Exposure to C&I, owner-occupied CRE, or small business lending
Formal credit training or background in credit analysis
