Junior Immigration Attorney — Hybrid, Growth Path

Inmigración Pro LLC is seeking a passionate and driven Junior Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for an attorney with approximately 0-2 years of experience in immigration law who is committed to advocating for immigrant communities with professionalism, empathy, and excellence. The attorney will work closely with our senior legal staff on a variety of immigration matters. Responsibilities Handle immigration cases including asylum, removal defense, family petitions, adjustment of status Prepare legal filings, motions, and supporting documentation Represent clients before Immigration Court and USCIS when applicable Conduct legal research and case analysis Ensure compliance with immigration laws, deadlines, and internal procedures Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or related field preferred Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Approximately 2 years of immigration law experience preferred Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills Hybrid work environment Opportunity for professional growth Work that creates a meaningful impact on immigrant families across the United States #J-18808-Ljbffr Inmigración Pro LLC
