Finance Professional for AI Model Evaluation [Remote]

Role Overview

This position offers finance professionals the opportunity to leverage their expertise in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and finance systems to influence the development of AI''s understanding of finance workflows. By utilizing your real-world experience with tools like QuickBooks, Bill.com, and Concur, you will create realistic finance scenarios, evaluate AI outputs, and enhance the accuracy of next-generation AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create finance workflow prompts and real-world accounting scenarios
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and reasoning
• Build synthetic invoices, bills, reconciliations, and GL datasets
• Identify edge cases such as duplicate bills, sync failures, policy violations, and GAAP errors
• Help improve AI performance across finance operations and controls

Qualifications

• 4, 12 years of finance/accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks, Bill.com, and/or Concur
• Understanding of US GAAP and finance controls
• Excellent written communication skills
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude
• CPA/CMA preferred (required for Controller-level roles)

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI evaluation, RLHF, or LLM projects
• ERP migrations, multi-entity or multi-currency exposure
• Basic Python or SQL skills

Work Terms

• Commitments Required: 40 hours per week with 4 hours overlap with PST
• Engagement Type: Contractor assignment (no medical/paid leave)
• Duration of contract: 4 weeks; expected start date is next week
