Night Shift Dock & LTL Supervisor

Router Supervisor R+L Carriers has an immediate need for an Inbound Router Supervisor at our Temple, TX Service Center to manage dock and dispatch operations. Job Description Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Full-time: Monday - Friday, 10:00 pm - 8:00 am Earn 1 week of vacation after 90 days of employment Responsibilities Oversee driver and freight handler management, coordinate dock operations and scheduling, ensure safety compliance and adherence to quality freight handling procedures, dispatch LTL loads in a timely manner, and perform other duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager. Requirements / Qualifications Driver and Freight Handler Management experience Coordinate Dock Operation and Driver/Freight Handler scheduling Ensure Safety Compliance Ensure quality freight handling procedures are followed Timely dispatching of LTL LoadsOther duties as assigned by the Service Center Manager Proven basic leadership experience Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational, communication, and logistical skills with solid problem-solving abilities Knowledge of quality freight handling preferred Computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office products Knowledge of the City, and surrounding areas Prior LTL leadership experience is strongly preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
