Responsibilities What You will Do: Our internship projects last approximately 10-12 weeks. During this time, you will address authentic business challenges, ideate creative and meaningful solutions, all while developing skills that will help set the foundation for a successful career. Our projects are thoughtfully curated based on the exciting things happening as we execute our Ford+ Transformation. As career development is an important cornerstone of Ford Finance, during your internship, you will develop skills including: Financial acumen Scenario modeling Business partnering Experimental thinking Navigating ambiguity Agile techniques Engaging Past Projects Included: Navigating white space opportunities that help Ford build out our portfolio of products and digital services Identifying key decision drivers and metrics to influence our operations and act as a change agent Leveraging data analytics, external data, and benchmarks to identify opportunities Creating new financial models to improve our forecast accuracy and efficiency Exemplary internships may result in an offer to join Ford’s full-time Finance Leadership Program (FLP). Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Must be a graduate student enrolled in a full-time MBA program, with eligibility to work full-time before September 2028 3 or more years of finance or related experience Preferred Attributes: Demonstrated leadership through extracurricular activities, employment and/or internship experiences Strong attention to detail and ability to think strategically Strong critical thinking and analytical skills Intellectual curiosity and comfort with ambiguity Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to teamwork and partnerships An understanding of business concepts, deductive reasoning, and quantitative skills This position ranges from $3,500-8,300 monthly. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
