Eagle Rock Post Acute Care at Cedar Grove seeks a compassionate Physical Therapy Aide/Assistant to support our rehabilitation team in delivering high-quality care to post-acute, short-term rehab, and long-term residents. In this hands-on role, you’ll assist with therapeutic exercises, transfers, ambulation, and resident positioning, while preparing treatment areas and maintaining equipment. You’ll document services, follow care plans, and collaborate closely with therapists, nursing, and families in a resident-first, dignified environment that promotes safety, respect, and professional growth.
