About the Position

Job Title: Pediatric Home Health RN Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Pediatric Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Previous pediatric hospice and home health experience required. License: Will accept temporary or pending licenses, or confirmation of a valid license prior to start. Certifications: Accepted certifications related to pediatric care. Must-Have: - Pediatric home health experience. - Experience with hospice care. - Charting experience in home health settings. Description: Pediatric home health position available. The role involves providing hospice and home health care for pediatric patients. Candidates must have previous experience in pediatric hospice and home health. Charge experience is preferred. Patient care will involve various pediatric diagnoses. Travel experience is required for this position. Interdisciplinary support will be part of the care team. All modules must be completed within the first 30 days of the assignment. Expectation to work some holidays during the assignment is present. Consideration of background checks will be done on a case-by-case basis. Travel pairs will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
