What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a positive experience every time they visit. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Answering questions about our products, services, and pet care advice.
- Handling transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Checking in and checking out dogs and cats after boarding and daycare.
We’re seeking someone who is friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. While no prior experience is required, here’s what will help you thrive in this role:
