The OTR Class A Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods across long-haul routes. Operating primarily as a solo or team driver, the individual will manage vehicle maintenance, load securement, and compliance with safety regulations while maintaining effective communication with customers. This role typically involves driving vehicles with automatic transmissions and offers flexible home time schedules, including weekly and bi-weekly options.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-haul routes safely and efficiently
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after trips
• Secure loads properly to prevent damage during transit
• Plan routes to optimize fuel use and time management
• Monitor compliance with DOT and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of trips

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in commercial truck driving and 23+ year old
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
