Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Schedule: Days, 6:50 AM - 3:20 PM

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• 2+ years recent general operating room experience
• Experience in GYN, bariatrics, vascular, ortho, neuro, and plastics
• RN license (must be state record, verification less than 30 days old)
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification
• COVID vaccination (declinations not accepted)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the operating room.
• Documenting nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice.
• Supervising and directing the delivery of nursing services by self and others under their direction.
• Utilizing specialized knowledge and judgment to assess data and ensure appropriate care is delivered to patients of various physical and developmental ages.
• Participating in the development of nursing practices and policies in alignment with organizational goals.

Compliance / Notes:

• Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted; must be willing to work the facility's schedule.
• Previous travel experience required.
• Locals accepted; no radius rule applies.
