Principal AI Product Manager – AI Productivity Job Summary: As a Principal AI Product Manager within PayPal’s AI Productivity team, you’ll lead end‑to‑end product strategy and execution for AI‑driven productivity solutions across the enterprise. Your mission is to translate business challenges into scalable AI products that automate workflows, accelerate decision‑making, and drive measurable impact on operational efficiency. Essential Responsibilities Establish a shared vision across the company for one or more products, or a platform product enabling development & scalability, with a deliberate and cohesive strategy. Lead product strategy development, and develop a clear, executable view of the product strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders. Influence the architectural roadmap and balance innovative design and technical implementation, while meeting regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, customer needs and product profitability. Champion the customer experience and prioritize customer needs in product requirements and decision making. Define and use metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research and market analysis. Standardize workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research and competitive analysis to drive data‑driven decision‑making. Responsible for product profitability, including budgetary decisions. Lead operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews, and interface with senior leadership as needed. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the standard. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
