Role Summary As a Brand Ambassador for The Venture Events, you are the vibrant face of our clients! You’ll represent various brands at in-person events, pop-ups, and retail activations, directly engaging with consumers. Your energy and passion will create memorable interactions, educate potential customers, and generate excitement around our clients’ products and services. Key Responsibilities Enthusiastically represent client brands at designated events and locations. Engage directly with the public, initiating conversations and attracting attention. Educate consumers about product features, benefits, and promotions in a compelling way. Distribute marketing materials, samples, or promotional items. Gather customer feedback and insights to relay to the marketing team. Maintain a professional and positive brand image at all times. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve campaign goals. Qualifications Outgoing, energetic, and charismatic personality. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Comfortable interacting with diverse groups of people. Reliable, punctual, and highly professional. Ability to quickly learn and articulate brand messages and product information. Previous experience in promotions, sales, customer service, or public relations is a plus. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift promotional materials as needed.
