The Licensed Sales Agent will play a pivotal role in assisting and identifying insurance plans that best fit the customer's needs and budget. The Licensed Sales Agent will utilize state-of-the-art technology platforms to aid in effective processing to deliver faster online quotes and enrollments.

Explain various insurance policies and products to potential and existing clients. Assist customers in selecting the insurance plan that best fits their needs and budget by customizing insurance policies and packages. Collect pertinent information while building a rapport with the customer and facilitating all steps of the consultive sales approach. Suggest modifications and updates to clients' existing insurance policies. Other duties as assigned.

Bonuses and incentives will be paid based on the current bonus structure.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the Sales, Business, or Medical Insurance fields is helpful. Licensed to sell insurance in applicable state, is required. 2+ years' experience selling insurance is preferred.

Health, Dental, and Vision benefits will be offered after satisfactory completion of 45 days of employment. Paid Time Off (PTO) will begin to accrue after 60 days of employment and will follow the schedule below:

The work environment is a climate-controlled office setting, with a combination of personal office and cubicles. The noise volume is high and is not limited to talking, typing, music playing throughout the office, and a high energy atmosphere. Must have the ability to multitask such as being on the phone with clients and taking notes.
