Physical Therapist

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team starting at the end of October. This position requires prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) and an active license.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement effective therapy techniques to enhance patient mobility and manage pain.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and families on treatment options, exercises, and health management.

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license.
Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) is required.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
