Brighton Hospice in Manchester, CT is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care to patients in their homes and affiliated facilities, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The RN will visit patients, assess needs, and document care in the EMR system while supporting families. You will work in Case Management, Admissions, or Resource roles, requiring active RN licensure and strong time management and communication.
