Resolve Tech Solutions (RTS) would like to bring on board 18-20 Customer Service Representative s (CSR s) on contract. Locations : Fort Smith, Little Rock or NW Arkansas, (Fayetteville area) Job description : Customer Service-related Experience Excellent communication and aptitude to solve problems Ability to work from home and have a home internet set up with required Mbps internet speed to handle calls. Excellent MS office skills Should be familiar working on applications (data entry) Bachelor s degree, Bilingual (Spanish) speakers are a huge plus After first 1-2 weeks onsite, selected candidates will work REMOTELY living in these areas as Fort Smith, Little Rock or NW Arkansas, (Fayetteville area) Equipment will be providedbfb3568a-762b-4989-884b-a9682aa104ca
