The Billing Clerk will perform general clerical duties, including filing, organizing, and maintaining office records. Process billing and maintain accurate documentation. The Billing Clerk will support the day-to-day operations of the transportation department. Communicate with internal staff to coordinate customer requests and ensure timely follow-up. Assist in resolving customer issues by providing updates and collaborating with team members. The Billing Clerk will perform additional administrative duties as assigned by management. Preferred Qualifications for the Billing Clerk Role Previous administrative, office support, or customer service experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
