Vehicle Photographer I (Manheim)

Job Overview This position is responsible for taking post recon, distribution center, Insight OVE/Simulcast, and TRA photographs of vehicles as defined by Image Standards. The Vehicle Photographer will be responsible for Photo Booth processing if the location is equipped, and supports uploading images captured during the inspection process. Job Responsibilities Capture and process electronic images of vehicles. Upload all pictures associated with electronic condition reports (ECR) and verify the quality and accuracy of each photograph. Maintain knowledge of Digital Quality Image (DQI) website. Re-image or request re-imaging of any substandard images. Process vehicles through the Photo Booth following available standard operating procedures (SOPs) if location is equipped. Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling behaviors related to such, and actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Minimum requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field. Valid driver's license; safe driver required. Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to perform repetitive motion tasks, manual dexterity. Vision abilities required: close, distance, and depth perception. Preferred qualifications: 1 year of experience in photography; preferred experience in digital and computer processing. Basic computer software skills preferred. Certification or education in photography preferred. Work Environment Frequent exposure to outdoor weather conditions. Compensation Hourly base pay rate is $14.71 – $22.12 per hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. The position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program. Benefits Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
